Apollo Address is priced at Rs 4,199 per sqft plus Rs 600 per sqft development charges - Rs 4,799 per sqft in all. On that rate a 1200 sqft plot works out to Rs 62.37 Lakh and an 1800 sqft plot to Rs 91.81 Lakh, each including clubhouse membership, legal charges and GST. Preferential location charges apply to east and north facing, golf and garden facing, corner and 15-metre-road plots. Maintenance charges, government taxes, stamp duty, registration and pass-through charges towards BESCOM and BWSSB connections are extra, at actuals.
